What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Providing product or service knowledge to customers, recognizing and applying your expertise to resolve their queries
  • Utilizing computer systems and high-speed internet connection to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
  • A high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) for seamless communication and data access
