Role Overview

As a Customer Operations Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our expanding operations. You will be responsible for handling customer communications, managing documentation processes, and supporting back-office operations. Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate information about our services.

  • Documentation Review: Process and verify customer documents related to visa and immigration services, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Backend Operations: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and ensure accurate filing of immigration-related applications, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Digital Workflow Management: Use AI and other digital tools to enhance efficiency in documentation and customer communication, streamlining processes and improving customer satisfaction.

Commitment & Compensation

* Employment Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor)

  • Work Mode: Fully Remote
  • Salary: €30,000 per month
  • Contract Duration: 3 months (Probation Period - post which contract will be renewed based on performance)
