Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information about ADG's products, services, and ongoing projects.
  • Assisting with customer issues, troubleshooting basic queries or redirecting to the appropriate department.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and support processes.
  • Collaborating with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of ADG's offerings and project timelines to assist clients efficiently.

Qualifications
