Key Responsibilities:

As a remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer data and order information into internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:
