Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing basic technical support via phone or chat, delivering an exceptional support experience, and interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers. Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience
  • Working with a variety of customers to resolve technical issues and answer questions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Flexible to the needs of the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair
