Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support
  • Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
