Key Responsibilities
* Craft prompt, accurate responses to parent inquiries via phone and email, setting the tone for exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute a robust training program for student ambassadors, ensuring they embody our values during campus tours
- Orchestrate flawless logistics for tours and shadow days, leaving nothing to chance
- Maintain pristine admissions records in our CRM & SIS systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Pioneer scalable processes and manuals that will serve as the blueprint for future campus expansions
