Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour

  • Receive a $310 certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
  • Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (subject to minimum hour requirements)
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
  • Participate in our fast 20-hour certification program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role
  • Join a team of over 2000 Customer Service Representatives, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries regarding blithequark's products and services, including Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and basic tax questions
  • Providing empathetic and solution-focused support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, driving innovation and providing top-notch service
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in customer service or a related field is not required, we do prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of tax preparation software and services, including TurboTax
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
