Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Consumer Relations Specialist – Remote Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating an outstanding quality service experience for the blithequark consumer
- Advocating for customers with multiple internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Finding creative solutions that meet the needs of customers and blithequark when negotiating and implementing concessions
- Interacting and coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
- Meeting work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
- A minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
- The ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task
- The ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications
- Previous experience working from home (preferred)
- A passion for helping customers and problem-solving
- Flexibility, with the ability to take direction from management while working independently to achieve goals
- Active listening skills and the ability to ask questions
- Conflict resolution skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills
- Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to change
- Critical thinking skills
- A desire to work in a team environment towards common goals
- The ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns

Compensation and Perks
