Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Cycle Recruiter – Customer Excellence Organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the full-cycle hiring process within our Customer Excellence organization. You will partner with hiring managers and teams to develop a network of potential candidates, participate in special events, and lead or contribute to internal projects. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization

• Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to develop a network of potential candidates
• Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
• Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Lead or contribute to multiple internal blithequark projects
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles

• Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
• Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, with a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates and team members
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and performance management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process
