Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and administrative tasks, such as typing, data processing, and record-keeping
  • Research and analysis of data, including data collection, organization, and interpretation
  • Communication with clients and colleagues, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Participation in online discussions and surveys, including data entry and feedback
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A computer with internet access and a stable connection
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus
  • A background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery drivers, customer service, or other related fields is also not necessary, but can be beneficial

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
