  • Build strong relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Accurately and concisely respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where applicable
  • Consistently achieve established standards of performance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting blithequark's values and mission in all interactions
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
