About the Job

As a Customer Experience Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our customer support experience meets our high standards. You will work closely with our help desk partners (BPOs) to identify areas for improvement and implement quality monitoring projects that drive measurable results. Your expertise will help us achieve our business objectives, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects to identify areas for improvement and drive measurable results

  • Collaborate with our help desk partners to ensure their quality meets our standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help our help desk partners improve their performance
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of quality monitoring projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our help desk partners to ensure their success
  • Perform business audits to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Identify, suggest, and implement cycle and project enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for blithequark to improve its business by understanding customer needs
  • Recognize and investigate trends early and frequently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process enhancements across multiple help desks
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience refining large datasets to drive insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role or in a help desk environment

  • Knowledge of quality monitoring tools and processes
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment
