  • Engaging customers by offering support, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Building rapport and trust with customers through effective communication and relationship-building, ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer accurate information and support.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues, ensuring a delightful and solution-oriented service experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and decision-making via chat, phone, and email.

Requirements

* Reliable access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat/social media functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

  • Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail in following instructions and procedures.
  • A commitment to being available for 7 hours per day and having a stable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
