Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work.

Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
