Job Summary
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting blithequark's National Campaigns Unit, providing exceptional shareholder communications to public companies on behalf of internal clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, ensuring that our clients' messages are conveyed accurately and effectively to their shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to shareholder inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders regarding proxy meetings and voting procedures
- Direct shareholders to authorized voting channels and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports of shareholder interactions and responses
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Equipment Requirements
* Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- USB headsets (no wireless)
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 download and 10 upload speeds
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00
