Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring they receive timely updates
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to close out tickets efficiently

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software
