Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Engaging in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
