Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are resolved efficiently
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations
  • Answer customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and projects as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications
