Job Summary

As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Audit and track quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify emerging process performance trends and suggest process/system improvements
  • Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Communicate process improvements and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management)
