Experienced Consultant, Global Equity – Inventory Plan Management and Data Entry Specialist

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be part of a team that supplies inventory plan management, ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote data entry role, with a focus on inventory plan management and data analysis.

What You’ll Do for Us

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will contribute to the following key responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans
• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards
• Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
• Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation
• Perform other fairness plan management tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
• Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
• Functional Skills:
