Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be part of our customer services team, responsible for delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our clients. You will work closely with team leaders, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers. Your expertise in customer service will be essential in resolving conflicts, answering queries, and promoting blithequark's services and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points
  • Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
  • Work closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the airport
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as data entry, pre-flight, and post-flight departure procedures
  • Represent blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times
  • Promote and sell blithequark's services and products to our clients
  • Attend and complete all required training sessions within given time limits
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by the team leader or management

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to handle conflicts professionally, work with minimal supervision, and maintain a strong customer focus. Additionally, you should be well-groomed, adhere to uniform standards, and be able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • GSAT training and a valid BAA airside pass
  • A valid DVLA driving license and willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as required
  • Ability to train and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
