Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and drive business growth. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Process production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
- Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help Planning teams resubmit re-test samples
- Perform job duties under ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to SOPs or work instructions
- Participate in other projects and responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
