Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize data entry projects, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, providing regular updates and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new processes and procedures as needed
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and technologies

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems, such as CRM or ERP
  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
