Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required by the team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administration, or a related field)
  • Good command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills, with a minimum of 60 words per minute
