Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services
• Delivering precise information about our products and services through chat interaction, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing them with a personalized and hassle-free experience
• Cultivating and updating an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry
• Collecting and documenting customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, helping us to build strong relationships with our customers
• Summarizing customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review, and providing valuable insights to our sales and marketing teams

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, we do require:

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• The ability to pass a background check
• Previous experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred, but not mandatory
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; experience in gaming can be beneficial
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred
