Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our English-speaking clients and customers. You'll receive inbound calls, place outbound calls to existing clients, answer questions, and forward messages to clients while maintaining a working knowledge of our company products, services, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues
  • Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency required for this position
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of contact center software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
