Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing best-in-class support to our customers through live chat messaging on their website or social media accounts. You will work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and priorities effectively
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative responses
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and tools
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a laptop, phone, or tablet for work purposes

  • Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and other live chat tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
