Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering our IT systems, resolving technical issues, and leading a globally distributed team in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems for the company, including administration of corporate accounts.
• Budgeting, Procurement, and Cost Optimization: Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations, payment/purchasing, and cost management.
• IT Systems Development: Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems to meet operational needs.
• User and System Management: Administer user accounts, system access, and IT security systems with regular audits and updates.
• Implement Security Measures: Enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Troubleshooting and Solution Architecting: Respond to user, management, and executive leadership requests for IT support, including remote troubleshooting and collaborating across divisions on technology projects.
• Hardware Management: Organize and manage company hardware assets.
• Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of globally distributed IT professionals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in cloud IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Cloud SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace).
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration (e.g., user account permission management and cloud key vaults).
• A bachelor's degree in any information technology field.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automation and scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Zendesk.
