Job Description
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing environmental graphics, event app graphics, multimedia/AV presentations, merchandise, and promotional items for a large convention in September 2024. You will also create social media graphics, flyers, brochures, direct mail, advertising, and web assets. You will collaborate with a team of graphic designers and report to the Graphics Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Design environmental graphics, event app graphics, multimedia/AV presentations, merchandise, and promotional items for a large convention in September 2024
- Create social media graphics, flyers, brochures, direct mail, advertising, and web assets
- Collaborate with a team of graphic designers and report to the Graphics Lead
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the company
- Provide design support for marketing and communications teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
Requirements:
* 3 years of graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom) on a MAC platform
- Illustration skills a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience working with multimedia and AV presentations
- Strong illustration skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
