Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a night shift schedule. As a CSS, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer support, maintain brand reputation, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience

  • Provide exceptional support through phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Process payments securely, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and security
  • Proactively support customers, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, collaborating with the team to resolve complex problems
  • Maintain and improve service quality, contributing to the development of best practices and processes
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on call center experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
  • Interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally

Technical Skills

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (advantageous but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a night shift schedule or flexible work arrangements

  • Familiarity with the food ordering app industry or related sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
