Essential Job Functions

As a Home-Based Package Handler, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages
• Staying available to receive shipments at the designated address
• Inspecting product boxes for damage and taking and uploading photos
• Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
• Delivering packages to local postal locations and shipping them using provided shipping labels

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Prior work experience in a wholesale/retail environment preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
