Job Summary
As an Analytics Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop business cases, and implement solutions that drive meaningful change. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting will be critical in helping us make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in airline operations and develop business cases to support investment decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead the development and implementation of data visualization and reporting tools to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions that drive meaningful change
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and work with internal and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrate a team-first mentality, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
- Experience working with large datasets and developing complex queries
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience working with airline operations data and systems
- Familiarity with finance and labor force planning data and systems
- Certification in data science or analytics (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
