Job Summary

As a Dedicated Account Associate, you'll be the single point of contact for our Health System customer, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success. You'll work closely with the customer's benefit staff, employees, and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address account performance. You'll also provide technical support to external and internal constituents on issues, products, and Aetna's tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalated member issues and complex global issues, including claims, eligibility, and benefits

• Collaborate with operations team, account management, and other points of contact throughout the organization to identify plan-specific issues and implement action plans to address account performance
• Provide technical support to external and internal constituents on issues, products, and Aetna's tools and resources
• Work with the customer's benefit staff, employees, and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address account performance
• Understand and be able to instruct on the company's benefits policies as well as the laws governing mandatory insurance coverage
• Travel required 10-25% (possible overnight travel)

Essential Qualifications

* Understanding of Aetna Medical plan benefits, eligibility, and/or claims systems

• Effective verbal and written communications skills with both customers and teammates
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with claim/call center environment, or Plan Sponsor Service experience

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Aetna's tools and resources
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (possible overnight travel)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
