About the Position

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU system, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures. This part-time remote position requires candidates to reside in Ohio and involves additional duties as assigned, emphasizing teamwork and individual accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Process child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless processing of child support payments
• Utilize strong communication skills to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy
