Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services and programs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures, as well as those of the NYCTA

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment or call center

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry or related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
