Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers on social media accounts and websites, responding to support questions, and driving sales conversations
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
  • Working independently to manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:
