About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-store sales and customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of AT&T and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our portfolio of products, including wireless, connected car, and smart entertainment options. Key Responsibilities

• Build creative solutions for customers by understanding their needs and helping them discover how our no-contract products meet those needs.
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers through exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in hybrid selling and outside sales events & promotions to expand sales and meet sales goals.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-tasking to meet sales objectives and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.
• Interact with customers, provide product demonstrations, and educate customers on our products and services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, and in a timely manner, and operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures, submit transaction journals on a daily basis, and assist with inventory maintenance.
