About the Role
As a Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and potential customers, providing top-notch support via chat and email.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about our products and membership options
- Process incoming tickets and support customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Collect customer feedback to help optimize internal processes and improve our services
- Maintain our knowledge base and ensure the accuracy of our LimeSurvey manual
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:
- Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ideally, some initial experience with survey platforms or a related field (though not essential)
