About the Role

We're looking for a Virtual Customer Support Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer problems
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Have the right to work in India
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• You'll need a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
