Job Description

As a Virtual Scheduling Assistant, you will play a crucial role in arranging cruise travel for vacations, honeymoons, weddings, and more. You will work closely with our team to determine customers' needs and preferences, plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips, and book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons. Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange cruise travel for vacations, honeymoons, weddings, and more
  • Determine customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely and efficient communication with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • To have a computer with good WiFi and basic computer skills
  • To be self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • To possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients
  • To be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
