Position Overview

As our Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our CEO on executive-level projects, providing high-level administrative, sales, and marketing support. You'll be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics. You'll also assist in preparing materials for executive meetings, presentations, and reports, as well as draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Executive-Level Support

+ Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic projects, including business development initiatives and key presentations. + Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics. + Prepare materials for executive meetings, presentations, and reports. + Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications.

Sales & Marketing Support

+ Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral. + Design and implement Microsoft Word templates for business use. + Manage copywriting tasks, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and newsletters. + Handle content posting and engagement across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. + Assist in researching and executing marketing initiatives.

Creative and Technical Problem-Solving

+ Work directly with the CEO to identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization. + Introduce fresh perspectives and ideas to solve challenges and improve workflows.

Additional Projects

As the business evolves, additional projects or responsibilities may be assigned to support growth and adapt to business needs. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing new marketing campaigns to improving internal processes.

Contract Details

* Remote Position: This is a remote contract position, with flexible hours within the stated availability.

  • Approximate Hours: Approximately 15-30 hours per month, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

* Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office Suite: You should be proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (Master Templates) and Word Template Maker.

  • Experience with Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Management: You should have experience with marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong Copywriting Skills: You should have strong copywriting skills with a focus on engaging, clear communication.
  • Design Skills: Design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Tech-Savvy: You should be tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: You should have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with the CEO.
  • Creative Thinker: You should be a creative thinker who enjoys finding new ways to approach challenges and projects.

Additional Requirements

* Availability: You must have availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. Flexibility for occasional urgent tasks or meetings is a plus.

This Role Requires
