Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (5-10 hours/week). Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging boards in Canva using branding and colors, and linking them to relevant content
• Manage Amazon listings, including product optimization and customer service
• Meet weekly with clients via Zoom to discuss progress, goals, and any concerns
• Manage links and engagement on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
• Manage email inboxes, working with clients to create and implement rules for efficient email management
• Manage Pinterest accounts, creating and scheduling content to engage with target audiences
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Intuitive organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
