As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, helping them plan their trips and make informed decisions.
  • Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers.
  • Interpret and communicate authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
  • Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, empathizing with their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Protect business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Possess the physical capabilities and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating motorized equipment and handling heavy loads.
  • Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Work independently, requiring minimal supervision, and respond to emergency situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers.
  • Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees.
  • May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower operations.

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Bilingual language skills are required in some locations.
  • A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities.
  • Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
  • Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis.
