Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Management

Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans
  • Processing the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards
  • Reviewing fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with inventory option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
  • Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
  • Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Reviewing and maintaining fairness management methods and documentation
  • Performing other fairness plan management tasks as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including inventory options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
