Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Sales Representative, you will work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. This full-time position offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. You will be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling virtual meetings with clients, presenting benefit programs, and cultivating relationships with clients.

Your Qualifications

  • LLQP License: Possession of, or willingness to obtain an LLQP license, to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide life insurance benefits.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy, to navigate our systems and tools.
  • Residency in North America: Must reside in North America, to ensure you can work with our clients and partners.

Your Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting Leads: Contacting the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients.
  • Presenting Benefit Programs: Presenting benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them.
  • Collaborating with Manager: Collaborating with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieving them through dedicated effort and determination.
