Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience is preferred
