A Day in the Life

As a Customer Care Specialist II, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries or issues efficiently and effectively. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Inquiries: You'll be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts. Your goal will be to provide a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Provide Critical Service and Product Information: You'll be responsible for providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process Orders and Enter Data: You'll be responsible for processing orders and entering data into our order entry system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Track Customer Packages: You'll be responsible for tracking customer packages and ensuring timely delivery.
• Other Duties as Assigned: You'll be expected to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or leadership team.

You Own This If You Have...

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 6+ Months Experience in Customer Service: You'll need to have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
• Understanding of Computer Systems: You'll need to have a basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance.
• Ability to Work a Set Schedule: You'll need to be able to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate. Flexibility is required during peak times.
• Quiet, Distraction-Free Workspace: You'll need to have a quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements.
• Ability to Work with a Computer: You'll need to be able to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership.
• Wired, High-Speed Internet: You'll need to have wired, high-speed internet, a modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi).
