About the Role
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for handling a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic nature will help you create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You will be working from home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries related to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges - Provide comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations - Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems - Utilize excellent communication skills to create positive experiences for our customers and clients - Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - Great problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively multi-task - Excellent communication skills - Availability to work weekends - High-speed internet - Distraction-free work environment - Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class (no missing days allowed)
