As a virtual customer service representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support they deserve. You will be responsible for following up on client cases, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up on client cases to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
  • Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer problems
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
  • USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor
  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
